Need to Return Your Purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return and refund your money or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return shipping is at the customers expense, if we made an error with your order, we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. If an error is made on our behalf, you will receive a full refund.

Send an email to info@resourcedist.com with the title "Return Requested."
Include the following:
- Full Name:
- Date of Order:
- Copy of Invoice (If you have one):
- Product:
- Reason for Return:
You will then receive an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number. You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning IN BOLD BLACK MARKER on at least two sides of the box.

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions.

We reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in new condition.
